Rosly Estate Cottages are very conservative, resulting in a calm balance in Kanatal. Smoking is prohibited inside Rosly Estate Cottages. As per the rules, there is a designated place for smoking.

Room details of Rosly Estate :
The villa comprises two stories: a first floor and a ground floor. The ground floor features two cosy and roomy bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom; a modular kitchen, a mini-bar, and a large dining area. It also features an outdoor terrace with lounge chairs where you can enjoy your meals and unwind. A family living room and a relaxation zone featuring a little library are located on the first level, together with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering a breathtaking view of the Himalayas. This floor also houses the main bedroom, which has a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom.
On request, we can accommodate three more beds. For any group that needs more space, we also have an extra cottage available with one bedroom and an associated bathroom. This bungalow is located on the estate’s grounds. There is an extra fee of Rs. 10,000 each night for this accommodation.
