The estate is the brainchild of three childhood friends who are avid travellers and keen explorers of the mountains. Together, as they explored, trekked, and hiked in the Himalayas, they were captivated by the mesmerising beauty of Kanatal with its serenity and the proximity of the snow-clad mountains. Thus arose a keen desire to own a tiny piece of the glorious Himalayas which was fulfilled by setting up the estate for themselves.
Our Story
The conception of “The Rosly” began in December of 2013. Love, perseverance, and a resolute vision led to its creation with lovely architecture and mesmerising views in 2018. The Rosly Estate has been constructed with locally sourced materials such as slate stone (Khanan), and the pinewood (Rosly) while engaging and perpetuating local craftsmanship.
